Pinkerton Porter – Porter

Pinkerton Porter. 4.5 ABV. This is the first in a series of Pinkerton Porters that will have slight twists such as maple, chocolate, coffee, caramel, etc.. The name is derived from a well known local tunnel “Pinkerton Tunnel” that is now part of the Great Allegheny Passageway (GAP) trail.

Made with the finest roasted barley, our porter stays true to style with malty characteristics, highlighted with notes of molasses and vanilla. Nobel English Hops give just the right amount of aroma. Fermented with a traditional English yeast, you will think you’re in a London Pub after the first sip.
